Not a plan — already in operation in Japan.
Securing construction engineers in Japan is no longer optional — it is a business priority.

Toranomon Corporation introduces Myanmar construction engineers to Japanese construction companies under the “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services” visa.

We partner with JCA and JCTS to develop highly skilled engineers from Myanmar.

Graduates from Myanmar’s engineering universities are trained in:

  • Japanese language
  • Construction terminology
  • PC skills including AutoCAD, JWCAD, and BIM

These trained engineers are then introduced to construction-related companies in Japan.

1. Construction Work Allowed Under Engineer Visa

This visa is intended for professional roles requiring technical knowledge.
Work such as on-site labor is not permitted.

Safety management, quality control, and project scheduling
  • Engineer (Civil / Architecture)
    Design and engineering work
  • CAD Operator
    Drawing and design work
  • Estimation / Material Management

2. Our Initiative

We introduce Myanmar engineers directly to Japanese construction companies.

Myanmar Engineers → Toranomon Corporation → Construction Company

  • No dispatch company involved
  • Simple contract structure
  • Clear communication between company and engineer

Through our partnership with JCA and JCTS, candidates are trained in advance and prepared for work in Japan.

We can introduce candidates based on your required position and timeline.

Proven Operations in Japan

This program is not a concept or pilot.

It is an active operation in Japan.

  • Engineers from Myanmar are already trained and introduced to Japanese construction companies
  • Projects are managed in collaboration with JCA and JCTS
  • All processes are executed within Japan, from training to placement

This model is currently running in Japan and is now expanding to international partners in Malaysia, Singapore, and the UAE.

Industries We Support

Road Construction Companies

Japan is facing increasing demand for road maintenance and renewal.
More than 30% of infrastructure has exceeded 50 years, creating urgent needs for engineers in project management and CAD operations.

Infrastructure (Water / Gas / Civil Engineering)

Aging infrastructure is becoming a critical issue in Japan.
Over 23% of water pipelines and 20% of sewer systems have exceeded their service life, requiring immediate technical response.

Energy Sector (Solar / Renewable Energy)

Renewable energy projects are expanding year by year.
This growth is driving strong demand for engineers in design, documentation, and project coordination.

Local General Contractors (Mid-Sized and Regional)

Regional construction companies are facing severe and ongoing labor shortages.
Securing skilled engineers has become a key management issue.

Why Companies Are Taking Action Now

  • Infrastructure renewal demand is accelerating across Japan
  • Engineer shortages are already affecting project timelines
  • Securing engineers early is becoming a competitive advantage

Companies that secure engineers earlier will have a clear operational advantage.
This model is already running in Japan and expanding to Malaysia, Singapore, and the UAE.
