Regulations on Business Operations, Company Name: TORANOMON Corporation
Article 1: Recruitment
- This office accepts all job offers related to any occupation within Japan, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
However, we do not accept applications if the content violates laws or regulations, if wages, working hours, or other working conditions are significantly inappropriate compared to normal labor standards, if there are violations of specific labor-related laws (such as the Labor Standards Act or the Employment Security Act), or if the job offer is made by organized crime members. - Job offers must be submitted by the employer or their agent directly at our office using the prescribed job offer form. If direct submission is not possible, applications may also be made by mail, telephone, fax, or email.
- When submitting a job offer, please clearly specify in advance the details of the work, wages, working hours, and other working conditions in writing, by fax, or by email. However, if there is an urgent need to proceed with the introduction and it is not possible to specify these matters by such means, they must be indicated by another method beforehand.
- Upon accepting a job offer, we will charge a reception fee based on the fee schedule specified in the attached table. Once paid, this fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the introduction is successful.
Article 2: Job Seekers
- This office accepts all job applications related to any occupation within Japan, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
However, we do not accept applications that violate laws or regulations. - Job seekers must apply in person at our office using the prescribed job application form.
- Those who wish to engage in daily or temporary labor on a regular basis may register specially at this office and, by presenting a registration certificate separately issued, may omit the job application procedure.
Article 3: Employment Placement
- For job seekers, based on the principle of freedom of occupational choice as stipulated in Article 2 of the Employment Security Act, we will do our utmost to assist them in quickly obtaining employment suited to their wishes and abilities.
- For employers, we will do our utmost to assist in finding job seekers suitable for their needs.
- When making introductions, the details of the work, wages, working hours, and other working conditions of the job will be clearly stated in advance in writing, or if requested, by fax or email. However, if there is an urgent need to proceed with the introduction and prior written, fax, or email explanation is not possible, the explanation will be made by another method beforehand.
- When introducing a job seeker to an employer, we will issue a letter of introduction, which the job seeker should bring when visiting the employer.
- Once we have received a job offer or job application, we will responsibly carry out the introduction process.
- To maintain neutrality in labor disputes, we will not provide introductions to employers during strikes or lockouts.
- When employment is finalized, the employer will be charged a placement fee based on the fee schedule in the attached table.
Article 4: Miscellaneous
- This office will cooperate with public employment security agencies and other employment placement organizations and will respond promptly and appropriately to any complaints received from job seekers related to this business.
- Both employers and job seekers must report to this office the results of any employment placement conducted. In addition, if a job seeker who has entered into an indefinite-term employment contract through our placement service leaves their job within six months of employment (excluding cases of dismissal), the employer must report this to us.
- Any personal information obtained from job seekers or employers will be properly managed in accordance with our Personal Information Management Regulations.
- When providing recruitment-related information through advertisements or other means, this office will not make any false or misleading representations. To ensure that such information remains accurate and up to date, we will promptly take appropriate action when an employer, job seeker, or the office itself identifies inaccuracies or outdated content, and we will periodically confirm with the relevant parties whether the information is current or clearly indicate the date of the information.
- This office does not discriminate in accepting applications, conducting interviews, providing guidance, or making introductions on the basis of race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, previous occupation, or labor union membership.
- The scope of occupations handled by this office covers all occupations within Japan.
- The above provisions constitute the regulations governing our business operations; however, all of our activities are conducted in accordance with the Employment Security Act and related laws and ordinances. For any questions, please consult our staff in detail.
